This book is a good introduction for folks who are thinking about a bike trip in the Pacific Northwest. It might also appeal to people who just want to know what it's like to bike on some of the best routes in the the country.
I rode because it was fun, I wrote because it was fun, and I hope this is fun to read.
For some readers, parts of this book might have no practical value. Others might find parts uninteresting. However, if you can get through the tough spots, eager to discover things to come, then you already have the heart of a bike tourist and this book is definitely for you.
